Our document and business process management software mySaveDocs is designed to manage digital business documents quickly, intuitively and efficiently. As well as managing a large number of business processes and transforming workflows into innovative information flows.
mySaveDocs Features
Document management
In mySaveDocs, folders and files can be renamed, copied, deleted and moved. Furthermore, files can be uploaded, folders can be created, and folder structures can be created. If files are changed, they are saved in version form. Files and individual folders can be downloaded. It is possible to restore an original version at any time.
Permissions on folders and documents
The authorization (read/write) for the respective user is linked to each folder and document individually; the authorization depends on the user ID of the external system.
Search
Users can search for all attributes and metadata via an interface (full-text search). The search does not take place within the file. In the search, all file versions can be searched and displayed or limited to the current version. The result is a list and contains a reference to all documents that match the search terms including the metadata/attributes.
Delete and Restore (Recycle Bin)
Files/folders can be (logically) deleted and restored from the Recycle Bin. Logically deleted files and folders can also be physically deleted using a step-by-step concept. Deletion concepts can be implemented using this functionality.
Metadata
In my SaveDocs, files have metadata that can be used to specify, assign and search for them. There is metadata specified by the system as well as individually definable and expandable metadata.
Multi-client capability
The multi-client capability function is present. Within a legal Several different applications can be managed in one unit. Each application runs on a separate database schema. A backup at the client level is also possible.
